Choi Hyun Wook is in talks to star in the upcoming K-drama Delusion.
On April 10, the media revealed that Choi Hyun Wook had received an offer to star in Delusion alongside Kim Sun Ho and Bae Suzy.
This will likely be Choi Hyun Wook's upcoming second K-drama. It will also likely be a sequel to the drama “My Dear Enemy” with Moon Ka Young, Im Se Mi, Kwak Shi Yang, Ban Hyo Jung, and Kim Young Ah.
Choi Hyun Wook will also star in the upcoming Netflix original K-drama “The Boy in the Last Row.” He will collaborate with famous actors Choi Min Shik and Moon So Ri.
Choi Hyun Wook made his debut as an actor in 2019. He is known for being a part of the Korean dramas High Cookie, Twinkling Watermelon, and D.P. Season 2, Weak Hero Class 1, Twenty-Five Twenty-One, Racket Boys, and more.
The series revolves around a poor artist who is assigned to draw a vampire woman in the background of Gyeongseong in the year 1935. The story will be based on a webtoon of the same name by Hongjaga that was published on Naver in 2019.
Kim Sun Ho will play Yoon Ye Ho, a painter, while Bae Suzy will play Song Jung Hwa, a witch vampire.
It was also reported that Choi Hyun Wook received an offer to be one of the main leads in an upcoming K-drama.
The new K-drama will be directed by director Han Jae Rim, who also created Face Reader, Emergency Declaration, and The King.
Delusion is scheduled to premiere in 2026. It will stream exclusively on Disney+.
