Rising star Heo Nam Joon is in talks to star in a new drama series
On August 14, the actor's agency, H.SOLID, announced that Heo Nam Joon has been cast to star in the upcoming drama series "Coin Fix." “It is a project he is currently studying,” the agency stated.
“Coin Fix” is an adaptation of the webtoon series of the same name, and tells the story of Yoo Il Han, a man living at the bottom of the social ladder, whose life is turned upside down when he receives the news of the death of the father he never knew, along with the opportunity to inherit one trillion won. Actor Heo Nam Joon has been offered the lead role, Yoo Il Han, and the series is scheduled to air on SBS
Heo Nam Joon wowed viewers with his outstanding performance in the SBS series “My Royal Enemy” that aired on Fridays and Saturdays during the first half of this year, cementing his status as one of the most prominent rising stars. He is currently filming the series "Star Pisces: Mermaid Gyeongseong" which will be shown on tvN.
Meanwhile, Heo Nam Joon is scheduled to hold his first fan meeting since his debut at KBS Arena in Seoul on August 22. The event will then continue in Tokyo, Japan, on October 12
