Bae Sol Ji will be joining the current K-drama Battle for Happiness.
On June 12, it was revealed that actress Bae Seul Ji will make a special appearance in the mystery drama film Battle for Happiness.
Battle for Happiness tells the story of mothers who fight fierce battles on social media to bring each other down for their happiness.
The current K-drama is led by Lee Ae, Jin Seo-yeon, Cha Ye-ryun, Park Hyo-joo, Woo Jeong-won and others.
Bae Sol Ji will play the role of Lim Dae Eun. It will cause a huge stir among mothers. In particular, she will be facing Lee Ae's character Jang Mi Ho and Jin Seo Yeon's character Song Jung Ah.
Battle for Happiness is the latest work from director Kim Yeon-chul, who also directed the K-dramas Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter, Woman of Dignity, Que Sera, Sera, and My Lovely Sam Soon.
The episode featuring Bae Sol Ji will premiere this week. The next fifth episode will air on June 15 at 9 PM KST. The Korean drama is part of the Wednesday and Thursday timeslot of ENA.
This will be Bae Seul Ji's next project after starring in 2023's Oasis starring Jang Dong Yeon, Seol In Ah, Cho Yug Woo, Hyun Seung Hee, Do Sang Woo, and Jin Yi Han.
Bae Sol Ji made her acting debut in the 2004 Korean drama Full House. Since then, the actress has starred in several Korean dramas such as Emperor of the Sea, The Greatest Love, Unemployed Romance, Golden Tower, The Flatterer, Still Loving You, Risky Romance, Amor Fati, and more.
