Actress Park Ji Hyun is in talks to star alongside Lee Jong Suk in the upcoming drama "Heaven."
On July 16, IZE reported that Park Ji Hyun had been cast as the female lead in Paradise, a new drama series created by Kim Soo Jin.
Namu Actors, the agency that represents Park Ji Hyun, commented, “It is one of the projects she is currently reviewing.”
"Paradise" tells the story of journalist Kang Chi-young and police officer Cha Jung-won, who get involved in an unimaginable incident and set out to uncover secrets and truths that have been hidden for a long time.
Lee Jong Suk has been offered the role of Kang Chi Young, while Park Ji Hyun is in talks to portray Cha Jung Won.
The series "Heaven" is the latest work of writer Kim Soo Jin, who is known for writing the series "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo."
The series will be directed by Oh Chung-hwan, the acclaimed director behind hit dramas such as My Love from the Star, Doctors, While You Were Sleeping, Hotel del Luna, Start-Up, Castaway Diva, and Big Mouth.
