Ahead of its release, posters for the action thriller The Childe were revealed, featuring Kim Sun Ho, Kang Tae Joo, Kim Kang Woo, and Go Ah Ra.
On May 23, the highly anticipated film The Childe treated fans to four character posters, providing a glimpse of what's to come.
The Childe is the story of a struggling boxer whose father is of Korean descent and whose mother is from the Philippines. A young man, whose mother is now ill, comes to South Korea to find his father, only to encounter dangerous and powerful forces hunting him.
Recently unveiled character posters intricately depict the intertwined destinies of Marco and others, each with their own complex story.
The first poster shows Kang Tae Joo as a bruised and cut Marco. The text on the poster says, "Who are you? Why is this happening?" , indicating his desperate situation, arousing his curiosity about the arduous struggles he must endure in order to survive.
The next poster is Kim Sun Ho playing the role of Joey Gong Ya. He is shown carrying a gun, and his slight smile piques the audience's curiosity as it brings a sense of impending chaos surrounding Marco. The text on his poster says, "I've never missed a target," hinting at his cruelty and evil behavior.
The next poster is of Kim Kang Woo, who plays Han Ye Sa - the heir to a wealthy conglomerate who relentlessly pursues Marco. His intense gaze, coupled with the text, "Zigzag jump. It reduces the chance of being shot," heightens anticipation for his performance.
