Mnet's new survival show is a program surrounding Korean, Chinese, and Japanese contestants who have the same dream of debuting in an idol group despite their different languages and cultures.
Their growth will unfold as they move toward their goal in the fantasy world called “Girls Planet.”
Yeo Jin Joo is the host of the show, while Tiffany and Sun Mi participate as Korean idols, while Lim Han Byul and Jo Ah Young participate as vocal judges, and Baek Joo Young and Jang Joo Hee participate as dance judges.
The first episode on August 7 gave the first glimpse of the contestants performing in front of the presenter and judges.
In addition to the many trainees, many familiar faces were featured including Choi Yeo Jin (of CLC), Ha Ji Won, Kim Bo Ra, Mai (of Cherry Bullet), Sim Seung Eun (of BVNDIT), Kim Do Ah (of FANATICS), and more.
