Lee Gi Kwang will finally return to acting after five years.
On May 12, media channel Star News revealed that Lee Gi Kwang will be joining the Korean fantasy drama “Marry My Husband.”
“Marry My Husband” will be based on the popular web novel of the same name by Song Soo Gak. It will tell the story of a wife who was killed by her husband who was having an affair with her best friend. Due to an incident, she went back in time 10 years and will take revenge on them.
The upcoming Korean drama is directed by Park Won-gook (Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist) and written by Shin Yeo-dam (Awaken).
It will star Park Min Young, Na In Woo, Lee Yi Kyung, and Song Ha Yeon.
Lee Gi Kwang will play Baek Eun Ho. He is a café owner and the first love of Park Min Young's character, Kang Ji Won.
"Marrying My Husband" will start filming in the first half of 2023. The release date and broadcast channel are still under discussion.
