Rain and Kim Ha Neul are said to be working together in the upcoming K-drama "She."
On December 26, media reported that Ren and Kim Ha Neul will be the main leads in the upcoming Disney+ Korean drama “She.”
Its subsidiary, Rain, responded to the reports of champion selection. According to them, the singer and actor are currently reviewing the drama. They also confirmed that nothing has been decided yet.
Likewise with Kim Ha Neul, her agency IOK Company also responded to the reports. The agency revealed that Kim Ha Neul received the offer and is currently reviewing it.
“She” will tell the story of the ideal woman to marry and will be complete after finding new love.
The upcoming series will be the collaborative work of director Park Hong-kyun (“A Korean Odyssey,” “The Greatest Love,” “Queen Seon Duk”) and writer Choi Yeon-jung (“Only Love,” “Emergency Couple,” and "Love and Sympathy").
Rain got an offer to play Seo Do-yeon, the bodyguard. Kim Ha Neul got an offer to play the role of Oh Wan Soo, a money collector who brings out all the aspects a woman should have for marriage.
“She” will be added to an upcoming K-drama that will premiere exclusively on Disney+.
If Ren confirms his casting, this will be his first upcoming K-drama of 2023.
