01What is the difference between one-time payment and automatic subscription?＋

A one-time payment gives access until the plan expires. An automatic subscription renews through PayPal each cycle until you stop renewal.

02Can I use points instead of PayPal?＋

Yes. Top up your wallet through PayPal, then pay for a plan from your points balance. Points renewal is also available when your balance is sufficient.

03When is the plan activated?＋

The plan activates after the system confirms payment or deducts the points. Returning from the payment page alone never activates membership.

04What happens when I stop renewal?＋

The next-cycle charge stops while your current plan remains active through the paid term.
