Choi Byung Chan

Choi Byung Chan is a South Korean singer, dancer, and actor, and a member of the band VICTON (빅톤). He did not complete high school, but later passed the high school leaving certificate examination. He began his career in November 2016 as the lead singer and face of VICTON with their first mini album "Voice To The New World", under IST Entertainment (IST엔터테인먼트; formerly known as Plan A Entertainment). He began his acting career in November 2020 with a role in the JTBC drama series “Live On”. His contract with IST Entertainment expired in April 2023, and he signed with New Way Company (뉴웨이컴퍼니) a few weeks later. His status with VICTON is unclear as he is now focusing on his acting career and all members have left IST, but the agency did not clarify whether the group has disbanded or is on an indefinite hiatus.
